General Information
The Euro-Jam is an international balloon twisting event and is organised by Surprise Balloon Company GbR. The Euro Jam is not a profit making organization. The Registration Fee and generous sponsoring covers the costs of our Event.
Registration Information
Registration for the Euro-Jam must be in written format. Registration is only complete when payment has been received by Surprise Balloon Company GbR. An invoice will be given in the Jam Hall when checking in to the event.
Early Bird Booking
Early Bird Booking is possible when written Registration and payment has been received by the Surprise Balloon Company GbR before the 30th April 2011. Payment must be received before the 30 April to qualify.
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your Registration then please submit this in writing. If cancellation is received upto 6 weeks before the Jam starts then the Registration Fee will be returned. There is a cancellation Fee of €50. Cancellation after this date will receive no refund however you may transfer this Registration to a third person provided we are informed in writing. Cancellation of accommodation and meals is also the responsibility of the person cancelling and not Surprise Balloon Company GbR.
Surprise Balloon Company GbR reserves the right to change the program.
